A weekly Sunday night gentle yoga flow designed to help you slow down, soften, and transition into rest.

This is an intentional, low-pressure practice centered on easing the nervous system and closing the week with care.

  • A gentle, evening practice designed to help you unwind and transition into rest.
    Expect slow, intentional movement, steady breathing, and simple moments of reflection to ease the body and quiet the mind.

  • Comfort is the priority.
    Pajamas are encouraged, or anything you feel relaxed and at ease in.

  • Your mat, a quiet space, and your favorite tea or warm drink. Come exactly as you are and meet me on the mat.
